F.I.S.H. is official!
Richard Phelps, Chairman of the board for F.I.S.H, received confirmation from the state of North Carolina that the organization’s incorporation application has been processed and completed. Fishermen In Support of Heroes is now an official non-profit corporation.

NORTH TOPSAIL BEACH - Small mullet were about the only fish biting. But Marines from Camp Lejeune’s Wounded Warriors Barracks still enjoyed the outing to Seaview Pier on Tuesday.
