2010 Wounder Warrior Pier event a HUGE success

We held our annual pier fishing event for wounded warriors from Camp LeJeune, NC on May 5th.  We had 10 marines join us for a day of fun fishing and relaxation.  The event was held at the Seaview Pier in North Topsail Beach, NC.  Greg Ludlow donated the use of his facilities and equipment as well as provided lunch.  A good time was had by all with lots of smiles on the faces of the participants.  Check out the photos.

Plenty of fish were caught including Spanish Mackerel, bluefish, croakers, mullet, rays and a shark or two.  Lots of smiles and happy faces were seen too.  It was an awesome day, we thank all the volunteers and donors that made it possible.  But most of all we thank our military heroes for their valiant service to our country, they are the protectors of our freedom!
